The fact that it’s hard makes it good.

Every step in life requires action.

All of us want a stress-free life, we want everything we’ve ever wanted, and we see people living a good life on our phones and we wish we were like them, but we also sense people with a good plan for their lives. We tell them they’re too clever, brilliant, and they have all the knowledge they need to live this life already, but we’re forgetting one thing that, There is only one head on these people, just like ours, born from a woman.

Regardless of whether or not some are born into wealthy families, without knowledge about how to maintain wealth, you will waste it.

Taking everything into consideration from a physical, spiritual, and emotional perspective, I’ve come to the conclusion that we only need to practice these simple but hard habits in order to make a difference.

In order to make a change, I believe anyone can start with these 3 steps or habits.

READING: Although this sounds simple, it takes a lot of work to do, but most of the time this is all that is necessary for you to gain knowledge. The holy bible, books, are full of wisdom, knowledge, understanding that surpasses all that money that you’re seeking, you become lighter when you read.

Through reading, you can learn the word of God concerning your life, you can learn how businesses work, you can learn how to grow your wealth through reading. Bringing light to your path and leading you to the end of your life is possible through the Holy Bible and self-help books.

To my believe, every good book has been written by men under God’s inspiration. Psalm says, ‘Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my soul, which means anything aligned with my life I have read is from God.

God’s word can be found not only through prayer or in scripture, but also in the writings of men who were inspired by God. Therefore, it is no surprise that each book we read can be a lamp to our feet and a light to our soul.

2. MEDITATION/PRAYER: Our negative thoughts are dealt with through meditation and prayer, bringing us back to control when life challenges arise, making us feel relaxed and saying to our bodies we are not in danger.

Meditation helps us to refocus on the present moment and redirect our attention away from our negative thoughts. Prayer helps us to reconnect to our faith, and to remember that there is a higher power that is looking out for us and that we can trust in times of difficulty. This can help us to feel a sense of peace.

By meditation, I am able to see my worries as an illusion, and it restores my sense of reality, my true self, and helps me see life in its fullness. By praying or meditating, you gain confidence and focus in the knowledge you’ve gained. You reflect on God’s words regarding your life through prayer and meditation.

3. EXERCISE: We are adult, i am not a preacher who start telling you what you need to eat and what you shouldn’t, most of the time we know all these truths about what’s good for our body, what to take in and what to take out but are hard to restrain. We rely on superstition to believe one day we’ll wake up in a nice, sweet body that we’ve always dreamed about.

What is a life without a good health? What will be the benefits of your knowledge and wealth if you are unhealthy? How do we live the life God has created us for without good health? Take care of your body and it takes care the rest part of your life.

Additionally, exercise keeps our brains active and effective so that we can keep up with everyday tasks. But don’t forget to take breaks and enjoy sometimes too, to keep up the morale!

I look forward to seeing us together at the top.
